Sudden drop from 120+ FPS to 20-30 FPS

Hey!

So a few days ago my computer randomly just stopped working (Well sorta) I was trying to do so "fps improvements" for PUBG which i normaly can play with around 50 fps. When i later that same day wanted to play csgo it was stuck in the 20-40 fps area. I then went out and messed with some basic settings:

This control center app i have stock from my computer. I basicly just took it from balanced powermode (Entertainment) to high performance (Performance).

And i made csgo run on my Nvidia processor with high performance.

So that helped and i played a few games and closed it. Now i have observed the situation and what basicly is happening is this:
When i first open the game it is in 1 "mode" and after i mess with it the game is in another "mode" where it perform normally. I have been abel to get the pc into that 2nd mode until now. Now it just seems like it is stuck in the ♥♥♥♥ mode with ♥♥♥♥ fps.

HELP PLOX i cant figure this ♥♥♥♥ out and i would like not waste alot of time sending my laptop to the manufactor for a repair.

My specs:

i7 6700 HQ
GeForce GTX 965m 2Gb Vram
8 Gb of ram

Hello there!

I have had this same issue and I spent over 3 months looking forward to fix it I tried every single thing and kept everything up to date but it didnt work so the other day i made my PC run when its opened and I realized thats my GPU fans aren't spinning they were hiding and facing the down of the PC so I couldn't see what is happening from inside , If GPU fans aren't spinning because you traveled and they got damaged or they are damaged in any other way then you should take it to where you bought the PC from and give them the GPU and they will fix the fans!
