After half an hour of gaming, the frame rates drop from about 60 (ultra settings) to an unbearable 10 FPS. At this state, the computer fails at doing even the simplest of tasks. Refreshing takes 3 seconds, web browsers are slow and unresponsive, etc. It goes back to normal once the PC is disconnected from electricity and turned back on. Same problem occurs if I game again. I have had this problem before and I sent it to the builder (cyperpwoerpc), they replaced the PSU (due to complete PSU failure and the FPS problem. FPS problem occurred before the failure. They said they could not reproduce the problem, I assumed it was the PSU.) and sent it back to me. I bought a new PSU due to the unreliable PSU that was originally in the computer. After a week of no problems, the problem I mentioned occurs. What could be the problem? (It is not the temperature. Temperatures are normal.)

My hardware:

MB: Gygabite 3TB+ Unlock
CPU: AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core Processor
GPU: AMD Radeon 6950 2gb
PSU: Thermaltake 850 Watt
RAM: 8 gigabytes
