Sudden fps drop all games less than 20 fps

So it all happen within a spend of one night. The night before I was able to run overwatch with at around 190 fps. Shut computer off and turn it back on the next morning. Overwatch ran at 5 fps. I tested it on all games from cs go, and nier automata and same result for all of them less than 10fps.
At first I thought it was a malware or a bitcoin miner that was causing the problem as i download a few mp3 files, but after multiple attempt nothing. My computer was clean.
I then checked the temperature of cpu and gpu. 36c gpu at idle and 40c cpu at idle.
So as a last resort I reset my computer and still didn't solve the problem. Overwatch was still running at 5fps.

i5 4690k
Gigabtye gtx 970 mini GV-N970IXOC-4GD
8gb ram
High Power 600 watt power supply
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-SLI motherboard

Idle temps don't say much,load temps do.

Even the igp should do better so how does it perform with that? Means taking the gtx 970 out and use the motherboard video output.

Okay when I connect to my igp, the fps drops even lower and CPU usage is basically at 100%. The blizzard launch app wont load completely but still usable. So is it possible that my CPU is bad?

Temps in-game are around 40-50C

Check processes in background - maybe you have virus that takes your CPU to work more than it needs.

I reset my computer before doing any of this. And those images are when I connected to the igp and not the graphics card.

No, not restart, reset like you know how you can completely reset your setting to factory setting and remove all files and apps.
When you go to windows 10 setting, to update and security, recovery, and the option "reset this pc" lol

Ok that makes sense now.
What are temps while on load?

See since the fps was already like at 1-3 fps in the menu, I never actually started a match, while in the menu the temp was between 40-50C. (Still talking about when using the igp)
