sorry im new to this friend told me to go here.
games are like apex legends, cod, back 4 blood, any game i play use to run everything great
checked storage and made sure i had room made sure windows and drivers where up to date
i run alot of games at like 100 + fps and it will drop to liike 19 to 20 fps. then back up like every 5, 10, 15 secs

actually write out in comprehensible lists the answers to what i previously posted.
