Question Sudden fps drop in all games

[Green Steam]

Every time ı got in any game suddenly fps drops to half and turns normal it hapens nearly at each 30 seconds
Things I tried:
-antivirus scan(1 kaspersky free, 1 malwarebyte)
-driver update
-restarting laptop
-temprature check(it doesnt matter because it happens also while laptop is cool)
-closing gamemode on windows 10
-checked if anything "eats" my ram or cpu
-not using battery ( because while plugged in laptops performance increases)
-windows version is up to date

My system:
First I am using laptop and it is : ASUS tuf gaming fx504ge_fx80ge
Cpu : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz (12 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Gpu : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Ram : 16 gb

Are you sure the LT is not still in the factory default Battery Saving mode?
