Sudden fps drop

Was playing games like Skyrim And Rainbow six siege at decent 60 fps then they just started playing at 20-30 fps please help me identify the problem also this happened while i was playing a game in the same session now most games play at around 20-30
Note: i know my rig is meh but trust me it played most games at 60 fps
rig:
intel pentium g3258 3.2 ghz
gtx 750 ti
8gb ram

If you have vsync turned on and it can't sustain 60fps, it will lock at 30 until it can. Turn off vsync in games and use something like rivatuner to set max fps.

I dont have v sync turned on and in skyrim you cant even turn it off
