Question Sudden FPS drop ?

Good day to all

I am new here, and let me summarize what happened with my PC


First of all this is my the specs

PROCESSOR: AMD RYZEN 3 3300x 4-core processor
RAM: 32GB
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1050TI

Last Saturday (November 5)it runs smoothly, I paly Dota2 and Valorant with no concerns

But last Monday until today, there is a sudden FPS drop whenI am in game, 144fps when in lobby, but20-30 when in Game.

I followed all the NVIDIA control panel settings, hard reformat my Desktop but it still remains the same and still gives me 20-30 fps when in a dota game.

Its GPU usage is unusually high @90-100%

What should I do?

brand and model of the psu?
