Sudden FPS drops in all games

Randomly about a week ago I started having permanent fps drops in games like Player unknown battlegrounds, league of legends, DOOM and so on...
Specs:
Intel i5-6600K (max 50C)
GTX 1070 (max 60C)
Asus z170-A
Corsair 750x PSU
16gb ddr4 ram
asus z170-a
i play on 1080p 144hz monito
Ive tried alot of different stuff i dont think its virus or related to temperature.. Thanks for any help

Install msi afterburner and checkwhat percentage your cpu and gpu are running at.
ALso double check settings to ensure games having reset them to stupid values (PUBG is known to do this).
Also ensure your graphics drivers are up to date.
Was there a windows/Graphics/other updates you have performed around the same period? Some updates can reduce performance in games such as windows having a bug or nvidia drivers not being quite right.
