Question Sudden FPS drops on multiple games

A few days ago, Titanfall 2 and Black Ops 4 started to run terribly even though I haven't changed anything about the setup or my settings. They both used to run at around 100-150 fps, but now Titanfall 2 stutters like crazy anytime I move the mouse and Black Ops 4 is inconsistently running at 30-60 fps. I've tried to reinstall my display drivers and disable my overclock to no avail. Please help!

Windows 10 Pro, AMD Ryzen 5 1600, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070, 8gb RAM, A320MD Motherboard

Temperatures during gameplay are around 90-95 C, never seen them exceed 100 C.
Don't exactly remember the PSU details, but it's never had problems like this before, even with the overclock, and like I said the issue persists even without the overclock.
I have scanned the system for viruses and it seems to be fine, I've also run a ccleaner scan (or whatever it's called) but that didn't help either.
