sudden fps drops!

my laptop has some rattling noise is tht a problem for fps drops?
my laptop has,
i5 6200 processor
4gb geforce graphics card
8gb ram

It depends what kind of ratting noise, does it sound like metal, plastic? FPS drops I can't see being related to any sort of rattling, so that I can't tell you for sure.
