I was playing league of legends yesterday and i noticed since the start of the game that my fps was not 120 anymore, it was from 60 to 25. Now that made me scared a little but i tought it was just league. But when i tried playing call of duty i couldnt even get in a game there, and once i did it was like 10-30 fps. I also checked on viruses and defragged my hdd but nothing really worked. My temperatures are fine both cpu and gpu. Any advice guys?

My system is:
I7 4770k
Sapphire r9 r290
8gb 1600mhz ram
z97 g43 pc-mate motherboard.

Tried this, my fps is still not solid and i noticed my gpu usage also being not 100% ingame and bouncing from 100 to 0 to 30 and sht

mhhm check the temps on your CPU GPU AND MOBO, download HWmonitor

I did man, neither my cpu nor my gpu nor mobo get to high temps with max 56 degrees. I run hwmonitor all the time

yeah bf seems to be working fine with the usual fps i get normally

it seems that it might be the games not a GPU problem
