Question Sudden freezes on Asus VivoBook X202E laptop ?

My sisters Asus VivoBook X202E laptop freezes completely suddenly randomly. I notice the HDD indicator stopped blinking right after it freezes. I thought it had something to do with the hard drive so we bought a new one, but ffter installing the new drive the problem still occurs ?

When you bought the new one did you do a fresh install or clone the old drive?

yes sir. i did clean install of windows 10.

Does it freeze right away for after use 5+ minutes?

It is random. Sometimes it will work for a long time before it froze. Sometimes it froze after it booted up.
