Hello, hope i'll describe my problem well because my english isnt that good,
About 11 months ago i bough a new computer without graphic card because i used my old one , in last 2-3 weeks im getting sudden GPU power drops. My gpu power is running around 60-70% and keep dropping to 2% and then back to 60%. First of all i though that my computer might be overheating so i turned fans a bit up which didnt helped, next i though it my GPU cause it was GTX 660 which was about 5 years old so i upgraded to GTX 1060, It also didnt helped. last week i though it might be PSU so this monday i bough new psu and same stuff is happening , Power drops are a bit worse now .I also changed Power management mode to "Prefer maximum performance" which also doesnt help .. Does anyone had any problem like this ? Thank you for ur suggestions.

computer : Intel core i7-6700K
