Sudden hang of Asus Notebook

Hi there! This is to inform that I have a ASUS Notebook being used by me for more than 2 years, Previously it was being used by other.

Fore about 15 days i am facing a trouble with the Laptop. It becomes Hanged, when Display is ok but no input device works. Than I can switch off it. It so happens often when I am watching Video, video call etc.

Details: ASUS Notebook
Core (TM) i3-3217U CPU @ 1.80Ghz
