Sudden High Ping in CSGO

I got a sudden HIGH ping in csgo 200+ i used to be on only 30-60 ping, when i test my ping on speed test its at 4 ping but I get high ping in csgo that applies to me and everyone else in the house hold (we all used to get low ping). I downloaded a match making server picker and noticed that only the servers that I usually play on are high others near by are quite normal at 134~ due to the system.

I believe its something to do with my router as speed test shows my ISP as low ping my router is a Huewui HG8245Q, appreciate your assistance.

It could be because some one in your house was doing some thing network intensive.
