Sudden Increase in CPU temp

I'm hoping the community can help me out with a strange CPU temp increase. You can see the specs of system in my signature block. I've had this exact system for a little over 15 months and the CPU temp has never hit anything over 45 degrees celcius, even while gaming. WIthin the past month or so I've been seeing spikes up to 66 degrees and a constant, while gaming, of 45-58 degrees. While I know that these temps are not necisarrily "bad", it's still concerning that the average has increased this much. I clean my case, fans, and radiator about once a month so I don't think that's the reason. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks.

62c - 64c should be the max , they can throttle around 70c and shutdown.
