Sudden Keyboard ghosting Issues

Recently, my keyboard (Cyborg v7, german layout) has developed a ghosting issue. I can no longer press shift, alt and the entire upper-row(qwer..) simultaneously. Z and T however, do register when pressed. I plugged it to another computer, confirming it was an hardware issue. (I used the related microsoft webapp)
So today I cleaned the keyboard and took it apart. (For anyone interested, there are screws hidden under the rubber feet)
Looking inside, it wasn't particularly dirty nor did I see any apparent damage to the wiring or contacts. Other than that, I don't know what I should be looking for.

If anyone has an Idea what the cause might be, I'd be appreciated!

Solution
I'm assuming you used this shaky video to tear down the keyboard?

You may want to inspect the underside of the rubber domes that make contact with the PCB contacts. It's possible that the circuit where the key-presses are registered has been electrically damaged.
