Sudden lag in games

Hi guys,

My pc lags in all games all of a sudden,5 days ago everything went alright ,didn't installed a thing and the next thing in the morning i see that dota was having some bad frame drops so i changed my settings to very low and the frame drops were still there.Thought i should try another game to see it there are frame drops and they were.Can you guys help me out with this problem?Some additional stuff:just cleaned my pc couple a days ago so plus i got a temperature watch on my case and the readings are really normal ,it says CPU-36 SYSTEM-42 VGA-35.Don't know if posting these helped or if i should try some programs like gpu-z ,speedfan etc.Also i scanned the pc with three antiviruses ,none got a virus ,i did a defrag ,optimized,cleaned all the junk etc. but the frame drops still persist.Hope you guys can help me out somehow.

i would goto task manager, performance tab, check resource monitor at bottom right. check your cpu, memory, and especially your hard drive. some program may be using up an enormous amount of resources all of a sudden, I would especially look into the hard drive being used up big time by something. check your processes, make sure no strange/foreign programs are running that you do not know what they are unless they are system processes.

Just checked in-game and the readings are low,there's not a program that's eating much and while idle is ok.

Reinstalled my Windows,got the same problem so i guess it's a problem within the pc case.
