For the past year, the performance of my GPU has been all around the place. Yesterday I ran Doom on Max settings, RT on and DLSS Quality, averaging a steady 120 fps. Today I'm barely getting 13fps with 120ms Latency. Using DDU to deep clean the drivers and freshly install them works for the first boot but if I restart my PC it goes back to 13fps. (no background apps seem to be interfering nor are drives being overworked) and at times the game runs fine and slowly gets worse and worse.
The card is running at perfectly normal clocks and stable wattages. Drivers are running on about 2-7% max. Gpu load is about 99% 55C and Cpu 55% 54C when the performance is bad.
I've also tried looking at my startup app and background processes but nothing worked.
Full specs: Rtx 3070 ti , ryzen 7 5800x , 32 gigs of 3600mhz ram, AsRock b550m steel legend motherboard, Samsung 970 evo plus drive, and an 850W evga g+ gold rated psu.
At the top right corner, you can see the performance graph.
