Sudden PC freeze/crash need to force shutdown.

I've had my computer for a about 3 years and since last week, my computer suddenly starts to freeze. This freeze occurs 20 min to 5 hrs after I turned on my computer, so the freeze is absolutely random, but more frequent when I'm gaming. During the freeze, keyboard and mouse are unresponsive and I have to perform a force shutdown.
I have already used Window's memory diagnostic and it hasn't found any problems. I was suggested in the deleted thread that you should also run the diagnostic test at 1 stick at a time, but I do not know how. CrystalDiskInfo claims that my PC is in a good state.
I looked at this forum post and this user has the same problem that I have, the only differences are the specs and his OS (mine is 8.1 while his is 10). I mimicked his solution and just done the change by increasing the highlighted setting from 1.500 to 1.600V, It didn't work.

CPU: AMD FX-6100
Motherboard: GA-78LMT-S2
Ram: DDR3 16.0GB
Computer was made in December 2013

I accuse my CPU for being the cause of these freezes because it is quite old and I'm planning to replace it soon. It doesn't matter the how hot the CPU is and even when I switch to the power saver setting, I'm still prone to freezing.

freezes are mostly caused by RAM/HDD with bad sectors. if it was on the CPU, it wouldve shutdown on its own for a while.
you can try to do download memtest86 or a simple windows memory diagnostic. if that doesnt find any errors than use 1 stick at a time until it crashes. how old is your system btw?
you can download CrystalDiskInfo. to do a quick check on the health of your drives.

I used Window's memory diagnostic, it didn't found any problems. When you said to run the test using one stick at a time, did you mean to temporary remove one of my sticks of RAM and run the test normally? CrystalDiskInfo claims that my PC is in a good state
As for the age of my computer, the original install date is 12/16/2013, so it should be around that.

Update: I hope that the DDR3 Voltage setting was the wrong one because after a couple of moments during gaming, it froze. I increased it to 1.65 and I'm still getting freezes.
