Hello,

Recently, I'm having a lot of trouble when using the PC. Overall performance degraded.
I used to have a smooth experience while doing tasks and playing.

Components:

GPU: ASUS GT 1030
CPU: Intel Pentium G2030 @ 3.00 GHz
MOBO: ASRock H61M-VG3
RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600Mhz CL11
And an HDD which i will replace with a SSD

Specs are not that good, but it's more than enough for my needs.

These specs got me ~60FPS constant on ArmA III.
Recently computer became so laggy.

I tried:

Reinstalling the Windows;

Updating Drivers;

Reinstalling programs;

I malware checks, nothing found;

I optimized Windows as much as I could;

Disabling Steam Overlay.

I'm here to ask if it's a hardware problem, because these components are old.
Nothing sounds broken, just the HDD which I'll replace next days.

Link to my recent performances: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8MjMePZ13w&feature=youtu.be
( The CPU isn't bottlenecking, it's just the recording software. The CPU never exceeded 80% while playing)
(As you can see, the temps are really low, even though the GPU is oc'd)
NOTE: I've got that good 60 FPS using the same settings.
With / Without OC the result is the same in this case.

Browsed forum, nothing solved this.

Thanks.

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age. Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? You might also want to see if you see the same issue when you reduce the details on the game. Yes, you also didn't mention which OS you're on.

Moved thread from Graphics Cards to Systems.

I'm sorry,
Here are the details:

The OS is: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

The PSU is: FSP HEXA Plus, 500W, just replaced the old one with this one.

BIOS is updated.

I changed the settings, none seems to have an impact. Still I had a smooth experience with those settings.
