Sudden wireless network problem

Hello,
I have a desktop and a laptop wirelessly networked. All has worked well until suddenly i get the message 'desktop is not accessible. you might not have permission top use this network resource. The network path was not found.'
I can however access the laptop from the desktop!

Any ideas?

Brilliant. Turned off windows firewall and problem solved. Dont know how the setting changed in the first place tho!
