Suddenly 100% HDD Usage

Hello guys, my PC was working fine but one day, it started to kill itself, randomly uses all of the HDD. I open my pc, 100% use, i open a folder, 100% use, i open a game that didn't have a problem last day, 100% use. I disabled superfetch, windows search, BITS, I doubled the pagefile size, I formatted C drive, ran chkdsk, checked the HDD health (it said OK) and I don't know what to do now. I would delete some drivers I installed that day but I formatted C, that would be the instant solution if it was the OS. Can you recommend something? I started to play GTA V without a problem and this happened, it takes hours to wait the HDD to work normally, sometimes it doesn't even work. Please help me, thanks.

Sounds like it a dying. Could have a bad sector in a bad spot.

Coul be:

Failed drive
Virus Scan
Virus infecting files
Disk encryption (some malware/virus also do this)
Backdoor hack copying all your data

I scanned it and it has bad sectors, looks like I have to change it. Thank you guys for your answers
