Suddenly blue screen after starting game

So this is what happens, i started my pc, started the game .. and as soon as the game starts, the blue screen appears, like nothing just a blue screen with light vertical lines on it, please help me, i know its cause of the gpu but I recently repaired it and i dont have money to repair it again, so please tell me what to do, also i want to say that, this problem started when i installed windows 10, like 2 weeks ago when my gpu was repaired, the technician installed windows 7, and it was running fine with all my games , but yesterday when I installed windows 10, i started the game , the problem started, i again installed the windows 7 but the problem still there. Please help me guyzzz..

What's your full system spec?
How did you repair the GPU?
Does it happen on all games?
