Suddenly drops while Im gaming

Hi, the thing is, and I know this happen to a lot of people, Im playing very nice, smooth and comfortable, but suddenly i have a fps drop for 7-10 secs. and I have components above the requeriments.

MY PC
CPU: i3 2120
Graphics Card: GTX 550 TI
RAM: 4gb
CPU Cooler: HYPER 412 PWM
I´ve already check the temps, voltages, and the stuff.

components above the minimum reqs... or the recomended reqs? download MSI afterburner and use the monitors to look at CPU % usage and GPU % usage... also GPU VRAM usage.

one of those three is hitting 100% and bottlenecking you.

Thanks for the reply, sir. Some games above minimum or max, that doesnt matter, because this happen with both requeriments cases (for example Starcraft 2, Heroes of newerth or call of duty black ops)
