Suddenly froze when plugged the usb and wifi cavle

Help please.I remove the usb cavles and the wifi cable and it work..And I t work.I got to the asrock UIFE setting something.I cannot pass in there cause i dont have the mouse cable.But then when i plugged the usb cables and wifi cable, the screen suddenly froze..I dontknow whats the problem.

Check to see if anything might be shorting out in those jacks when you install devices.
