Suddenly getting BSOD would appreciate some help!

Hello experts at tom's hardware, recently my computer has been experiencing bsod and it's getting really frustrating. It all started on April 26th, 2014. I've been running this new computer for about 2 months and this issue suddenly came up.

I am using wireless connection. I bought a wireless adapter card for my PC. How and where should I update it? I'm really clueless with computer related things. Appreciate your insight though!!

How do I fix a bad pool header?

I have updated my nvidia driver to the latest version and I just experienced another BSOD while I turned off my streaming software (Open Broadcaster).

The BSOD stayed there for a while until I manually restart my computer. It stated that it was a bad pool header.
