Question Suddenly getting much lower FPS on my pc and I have no idea what to do

I just installed the new nvidia gforce drivers on my 1060 3gb and and for some reason right after doing that I have gotten much lower FPS on rainbow six siege (I haven't tested any other games) I have tried to uninstall the drivers and reinstall them, but it didn't help. any suggestions?

Clean uninstall the driver
also uninstall the vga driver before you install 1060
