Question suddenly getting very low fps in games

i dont really know when this started but ive been experiencing much lower fps than usual in the main games that i play. in overwatch, i used to be able to get around 200fps in a game on medium settings, now my fps will drop to around 100 and will stay around 140-150 if im not doing anything in the game. in CSGO,i used to get normally around high 200fps or low 300, now around 150-200. temps usually sit around low 60 for GPU and high 60 to low 70 for CPU.

Have you tried checking all the drivers, rolling back. Mostly the problems occur from Drivers so im guessing that it is the culprit.
