Suddenly having frame skips when everything has worked perfectly fine before

I am suddenly out of nowhere geting huge frameskips whenever i play for an example Fortnite. Every maybe 10-20 seconds the game completely freezes for 1-2 seconds. Rest of my games seem to run worse as well. No idea what happend. My fps on Fortnite is stable the whole time and no drops or anything just complete freeze to 0 fps and then back to normal. I have the task manager open along with the game and gpu goes down to 0 % along with the game freezing. My ram usage is always just above 20 % eveen when everything is closed. Dont know if that has anything to say.

Anyone who know anything about what i can do?

256gb ssd, 1 tb hdd + 3 tb hdd
