Suddenly mic stopped working without any reason

ive bought a new headphone named gamdias Hephaestus 2 and its a usb microphone and was working too well but unfortunately today it stopped working in middle of conversation without any technical issues , just NO reason.

If the mic is completely dead, RMA the headset.

Though, $16 for a headset shows very low build quality, else-ways the price wouldn't be that cheap,
