Suddenly my FPS dropped In every Game i open!

So About 2 weeks ago I was playing some games, I've decided I wanted to record videos so I've started searching for ways on how to boost FPS to make the video quality better.
After I Did all of them My fps suddenly dropped to 30 in all games.. I did reset my PC/Windows about 7 times now. Still same issue. I've tried all of the Possible solutions for my problem but none of the helped. Also keep in mind I'm not that sure it was because of my Attempts to find FPS Boost ways. I play on a "Lenovo LEGION Y520 Gaming Laptop"

PC Specs : i5 7300k, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 4 gb, 8GB Of ram.
Please somone help me.

Sounds like you butchered a setting. With your meddling. Do you recall what you changed? Can you undo it? Is the 30 fps when recording? That computer really isn't capable of streaming at high quality.

I Did reset my Pc which means that my pc is running with all of the original factory settings.
Also i get 30 fps on the most bad graphic settings possible(I Am not recording while my fps is down)

You didn't end up with your monitor plugged into your motherboard instead of the GPU did you?

I'm on a laptop.

Then that sounds like it's using the onboard video, not your graphics card you'll need to change the settings.
