Suddenly my games are lagging!

I've been playing my games fine on my gtx 970 and yet all of a sudden I go on my computer today and it starts playing at about 15 fps. I havent changed anything and have checked but the graphics do seem to be looking rather different but i cant explain it. Does anyone have any ideas?

The temp of the CPU is an average of 50C when on games and the temp of the GPU is around 50C to 70C whilst playing too.
The graphics look different in a way I cant explain. It might just be the lag but something may have changed.



I am so sorry i restarted my PC for the 5th time and suddenly now it works, I am sorry to have wasted your time. Thank you so much for helping.

I'm getting alot of input lag on game - especially Evolve which I used to get a solid 60FPS on.
