suddenly my games are low fps

My pc all of a sudden got slow and the games are on low fps i played assassin's creed odyssey its running at 30-40 fps and destiny 2 is laggy i opened task manger while playing destiny and nothing seems unusual the power usage is very high though i reset my pc to factory settings, deleted temp files and updated drivers and nothing is working .

Which BIOS are you currently on? Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers after downloading the latest from Nvidia's support site?

oh sorry about that and my BIOS is American Megatrends Inc. 2.30, 12/21/2017
and yes i did uninstall an reinstall the the GPU drivers and it didnt work and my CPU temp is at 100c
