[SOLVED] Suddenly my games are running slower...but why?

Suddenly all my games are running slower.Like I was getting 75-80 FPS on GTA V but now I'm getting 30-60FPS.
Checked temperature 55-60c for cpu at 100% load.GPU 60-63c at load.
Installed new windows tried different drivers.What can cause this I'm not getting it.

My Spech
CPU - i5 4590
RAM - 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
GPU - GTX 1650

nothing updated actually and I'm losing fps on every game.

Well if you didn't change anything, Windows didn't change anything, and your game didn't change anything...

Have you downloaded anything besides the aforementioned driver updates and Windows reinstalls?

-Download Display Driver Uninstaller: https://www.wagnardsoft.com/
-Go to Nvidia's site and download the latest driver package - don't install it yet.
-Disconnect your etherrnet: stops Windows from installing a default driver.
-Run DDU(requires safe mode), select gpu driver, then click clean and restart
-After the restart and you've logged back in, find the driver package and install it - DO NOT INSTALL GEFORCE EXPERIENCE - opt for the clean install.
-Once that's done, you can reconnect your ethernet

Then go into Nvidia Control Panel, click on 'Adjust image settings with preview', click on 'Use the advanced 3D image settings', then click on 'Take me there', and make the following changes:
Power management mode: Adaptive
Texture filtering - Quality: High performance
Vertical sync: Fast
Click Apply, then close NVCP and check your games again.

Thanks seems I had some unwanted malwares who was degrading my performance,after removing those with malwarebytes it is working just fine.
