i have a radeon r9 390 and my pc has been doing fine the past year ive had it until now suddenly it sucks at gaming, i can run rocket league on just under 40fps with everything on highest resolution. and i cant play vr games anymore beacuse theyre lagging all the time.
this problem started yesterday when i was trying to fix my monitor and i ended up fixing it thanks to a tutorial i found, i ran command prompt as an administrator and typed in "Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" and i was supposed to wait until it was on 100% but my computer crashed at like 30%, and just like that my monitor stopped doing those 2 sec blackouts which was the problem before. and then some time after that i tried launching steamvr and it worked but was super laggy and every game i play is lagging now, i feel like i've tried everything, i have tried:
-updating drivers for gpu
-uninstalling and reinstalling every msi software
-taking my gpu out of my pc case and putting it back in
please recommend anything that might work.
