Suddenly No Audio Output From Anything

I took out my new speakers to go try them out on a friends laptop, but when i plugged them back into my own, no sound would come out. Same with my ear buds, and other pair of speakers.

This is a new custom built computer that I have been using for just under a month now, and its been working fine up until now.

I saw that the audio drivers had never been installed (I had just been using the default ones that came with the motherboard, I guess), so I installed the realtek drivers for my mobo, but that didn't do anything.
I made sure the audio wasn't muted
I made sure it was detecting my devices, and "using" the right ones. All of my devices run fine with other computers, just not mine.

I know Nvidia has some HD audio drivers, and i tried removing them, and re-installing the realtek ones, but still nothing. It was working just the day before, and I know the devices are working fine.

I even resorted to a system restore to the previous day before it all happened, but that didnt change a thing.

Is it still a driver problem, or could it be a disfunctional mobo? Could I have plugged something in wrong in the mobo?

Specs-
CPU: Intel i5-4590
GPU: EVGA GTX 970
RAM: 8GB of DDR3
MOBO: Asrock H81M'
STORAGE: 250GB Kingston SSD
1TB Caviar Blue HDD
POWER: Corsair 500W Modular
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro x 64
Monitor: Dell 1400x900
Speakers: Logitech z200 speakers.

My CPU has been acting up the past few days, but I just fixed that. Could they be linked?
Anyways, thanks in advance!

EDIT: I just remembered, Whenever i plug anything into the back panel it says that its plugged into 3 audio jacks at the same time, and sometimes even the front! I'll insert a pic.

check in the bios under onboard devices make sure the sound chipset is on. in windows sound devices make sure realteck speakers are the default output. play an audio file or cd. as it playing try the ports in the back and front of the pc see if one of them is on. there a bug in realteck control panel you can have front or rear on or both if you set the check boxes up right. by default it sets up both ports to play the same stream.

Downloaded the driver, didn't help :/
tried the other plugs while playing pandora.... didn't help 🙁

EDIT: 1 thing I just found out is that when i plug in my earbuds, it thinks they are the exact same as my speakers that I have plugged in. So if only my earbuds were plugged in, it would think it was the speakers or vice-versa. Doesn't seem like that is a normal thing for a computer to think...
