Question Suddenly no display, fans at max speed, but there's no overheating ?

Title says it all. I've read online that sudden no display and fans spinning is often an overheating issue. I know that it's not overheating as task manager reports my GPU temperature to average around 35*C with minimal load to 55-60*C when gaming, and the highest recorded temperature on a single core that I've seen through Core Temp is around 55*C.

This was happening for a while, and I thought that it was overheating issues/PSU issues and bought a new PSU, a new case with significantly better airflow and an additional 2 fans (totalling 4 case fans) just to prevent overheating, but the issue still persists.

My only suspicion is the RAM may be faulty, as my friend gave the sticks to me when he upgraded because he believed they were faulty (tests say they're fine though so ???).

Specs are:

Mobo: Gigabyte B660 GAMING X AX DDR4 LGA1700
CPU: i5-12600KF w/ Noctua NH-U12S Cooler
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce OC RTX 4070 Ti
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 2400 x2
PSU: Corsair RM750x 750W Gold
OS: Windows 11

A lot of the time a sudden black screen (especially of the video card fans ramp to max RPM) under graphics load can be a power delivery problem (this could mean GPU/PSU/cabling). Given that it sounds like you've tried multiple PSUs checking the card in another machine would be the best next step if possible.

You should get faster memory period as that will massively impact your performance, but I doubt it's related to whatever is going on.

I was thinking it was a power delivery problem too, but this issue also happened 2 seconds after I booted aswell. It's possible that because I'm daisy chaining the PCIE cable to the GPU instead of using 2 separate cables, I've read that's a possible problem.

I tried using the card on my friends PC and it has worked, albeit the card was in his PC for 5 minutes tops.
