Question Suddenly no display

Last night my monitor suddenly quit displaying anything, so I turned on my tv which is connected to the pc and for about 10 seconds I got a display until it quit displaying to that one too. I had to long press the power button on the PC. When i tried to start the computer this morning the monitor turned on fine but the refresh rate was set to 64hz when before it was set to 144, I tried to change it back but it couldn't go higher or lower than 64hz. I also noticed my tv wasnt connected so I tried to connect it and it wouldn't detect it. Tried to restart the PC and noticed that the sleep option wasnt there anymore. Now Im stuck my CPU doesnt have integrated graphics and my case has fine airflow. My gpu is only about 2 months old and same with my CPU. My gpu is a xfx6700xt. Any help is appreciated

Well I forgot to go back to the basics and do a driver update which fixed it.
