Question Suddenly No Signal From GPU(GTX 1060)

Two Days before i boot up my PC everything is normal. but in a couple of mins(in Windows 10 Desktop Screen) Suddenly no Signal in my Monitor i Dont Know What happened...
next boot up Still no signal but integrated graphics Are Working At the Same time ( I Heard Win 10 login Screen Sound ) then i Shutdown my PC and plug in to integrated graphics port (HDMI)... boot up my PC Checked Device manager my GTX 1060 not Showing in my Display adapter Colum (it Was hidden i checked properties it Says GPU not Connected )

GPU Fan is Spinning normally(Not Fast) BUT power LED Not Blinking Properly (it was happened Before i think White Led Was Fried LONG TIME AGO )
And MSI Debug LED Blinked in VGA Section But Not Continuously


PC Specs-

i7 7700k (not overclocked & Gameboost OFF),
MSI Z270 Gaming M3
asus dual gtx 1060 6g
8gb ddr4 2666mhz ram
corsiar vs550

things i have done For troubleshooting-
checked the cable (No problem With integrated graphics )
re seat my GPU properly
Resetting my bios
installed Fresh copy of Windows 10
uninstalled my graphics Driver (Nvidia) try to reinstal But Card is not Detected By Driver
Disabled my Intel graphics Driver
