Hi,

So I have a 2 monitor setup, both 1440p (one 60hz, and one 144hz). I just recently built my new setup (specs below) and it was working perfect.
From out of nowhere my games started to lag, when I am watching YouTube, or Twitch on my 2nd monitor, and my game is running in FULLSCREEN mode on my main monitor. If I switch the game to borderless window it is better, but we all know this display is trash. But this problem also occurs when I am running OBS and trying to record some gameplay (and I didn't had any problems with it before). Any ideas what happened?

PC SPECS:
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-E GAMING WIFI
CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-10900K
GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 XC3 GAMING
RAM: 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 RAM Kingston HyperX Predator CL17 (2X16GB)
SSD1: 500GB Samsung 980 Pro M.2 SSD
SSD2: 2TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 SSD
CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE H115i RGB PRO XT
PSU: Corsair HX1000i
Thank you for trying to help!

check when the last update happened. sometimes they put the wrong or buggy drivers on your machine.

how old is the psu? is it new?

start testing stuff. test the ram, and move to ssd and hdd and so forth if it wasn't caused by an update

I always keep up to date every driver.
My PSU was brand new when I built the PC.
Do you have any recommendation how to test the components?

Thank you for helping!
