Suddenly, website won't load

I've been using Chrome and this PC to read a website for years + years. All of a sudden, without any hardware or software changes, when I attempt to go to the website, I get this error message:

This site can’t provide a secure connection

www.weaselzippers.us uses an unsupported protocol.

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite. This is likely to be caused when the server needs RC4, which is no longer considered secure.

I have made absolutely no changes to my computer. I can view the webpage on other computers, just not on mine.

Any suggestions?

use firefox. even chrome 49's ciphers are out of date now.
