Suddenly windows 7 not genuion

I got this computer with windows 7 from cyberpowerpc. It came with a cd. I have never had a problem with it. I got the free upgrade for windows 10. I didn't like it. I decied to downgrade back to windows 7. Now I am suddenly getting messages that my version is not genuion. I have had this version for years, with no problems. I have never changed the motherboard. I ran the program and microsoft is saying I have to buy a new copy of windows 7. I don't get what's going on. I went to miscroft.com, not help thier.

no, I just used the roll back feature from windows 10 back to windows 7. When It resets I get the message saying my copy of windows was illegal

Do you have the product key for Windows 7? If you do, try inputting that and see if it will activate. Go to Start and type in 'SLUI" and hit enter. Type your product key in and hit Finish.

I found a solution for the problem. I used this command line: C:\Windows\System32\slmgr.vbs -rearm

I ended up not being able to find my code. So I bought a new one so this will never happen again
