first of all i want to let you guys know that im very not good in everythings about pc.

here is what happened, i played a game with my friend everything was fine. went to sleep (i didnt close my pc). woke up and i had fps issues in every game, i cant even watch videos on youtube ifthe quality is over 480p. and mostly everything run with 30fps.

i normaly run game on medium and everything is fine. with average of 60-70 fps

i tried
-reload my gpu drivers
- all my temps are good even when games running
-cleaned everything inside the pc

GPU -geforce gtx 1050
processor -intel core i5

i dont know what else you guys need to answer my question

check task manager to see if clock speed shows near whatever your max clock speed is during a Defender scan...(it should jump and fluctuate from around 75%-90% of max during the duration of the scan)

GO to 'check your power plan', and make sure at least 'Balanced' is selected, which lets a CPU go to 800 MHz when idle, and to max turbo during periods of actual high workload.

Double check your monitor is connected to GPU and not to integrate video output of motherboard....

clock speed goes to 100% when i run a defender , balanced is selected and yea my monitor is connected to GPU
