Suddent Shutdown. Wont turn on

Hi all,


I have a problem with my HP 11 x360 notebook. I have tried to do a recovery of my laptop by doing a hard reset, but while it was doing the reset I have plugged in a charger because the battery was running low and the laptop suddenly shut down and now I cant turn it back on.

I checked it with two chargers and nothing.

I have tried to drain the battery by removing the battery and pressing power button, still no joy.

Could this be a battery, or power jack? I dont know if anyone had similar problem and what might have caused it. If anyone have any ideas, please let me know.

Unfortunately without new or borrowed parts (from another like laptop) to test the batter or the charger, there is really no way for you to tell on your own. You would need those to test. I would not suggest buying new ones until you can test, so you don't waste funds. If you don't have the ability to do this, then if it is under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If not, then try a local tech.
