Suddently motherboard can't detect pci and usb 3.0

hi all,,,,
my pc is i5 2500k and asrock fatality p67 proffesional
yesterday suddenly, my pc wont recognize asus xonar dg,, and when im moving the pci slot to another one it kept not detected and my usb 3.0 can't detect anything,,,
the hard drive will detect if i plug it into usb 2.0

so any help for me?
