[SOLVED] Suggest a 1080p monitor

Hi,
I currently have AOC e1670swu 15.6" monitor.
Display is quite good though if u bend your angle of viewing abit u will not be able to guess what's going on the screen.

I'm on budget suggest only the lowest possible price-wise monitor that can support at least 1080p. Brand ain't a matter.

Features I want:
1) almost border less or thin borders
2) good looking
3) good level of black
4) color should only be black
5) good viewing angle IPS technology or lED

Keep in mind that the acer is not 1080p, and the other two do not feature IPS or IED displays.
