Hi guys, could I get some suggestions for an AGP video card for my old computer?

I actually have new computer in the process of being built but figured I might as well upgrade my old computer and give it to my little brother so he can play games on, mainly Heroes of Newerth.

The game runs OK on it now with "Low" settings but hopefully a small investment in an AGP video card upgrade could make it better.

I pretty much want the best AGP card I can get for about $60 - $100.

Specs of my computer are:

Intel Pentium 4 2.80 GHZ
1.50 GB ram (recently upgraded)
Abit IS7-G Motherboard
Radeon X1600

One question I have is will an upgrade within that price range even be worth getting? In other words, will I even see a significant increase in performance to justify an upgrade?

Here's a link to a few AGP cards available, thanks

Thanks in advance

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131161: Radeon HD 4670 is $110 after rebate. Then again, AGP is dated compared to PCI-E so this is pretty much it.
