AMD build. 8320 with that cooler, can overclock to 4.0ghz easily and get 8350 performance with decent cooling and that MB is an 8+2 power phase board and good for overclocking.
If you're not opposed to an AMD build, they do rock for most things. I am happy with mine and can hit 4.7ghz with good cooling and have hit 4.86ghz max and still be able to intel burn test pass and over 5ghz but unstable and too hot.
