Suggest a cpu and mobo in INR 10k

Solution
I'm a bit concerned that 4 cores of either an FX-4300 or an i3 may not provide quite enough power for some of the games you want to play, namely BF4. A Core i5 would probably do better and be a bit more useful in future games too. Get as much power as you can for your money if you can. I would lean towards Intel chips though as they are faster per core for some games.
Which games? You would probably be best served with a newer Core i3 or Pentium Processor and a cheap mATX motherboard that uses DDR3 so that you have very fast cores and you will save on energy cost over an AMD processor, if your electricity is not cheap there.

Battlefield is pretty CPU intensive and will do better with more cores, but faster cores are generally better than more cores for the other games you listed. Saving money on energy costs even a little will help offset the price difference between AMD and Intel, so Intel may be better - especially if you want to keep a room cooler in a hot climate.

Clock speed still makes a big difference in most games due to how applications and operating systems require a system to work to spread processing across multiple cores/threads. I'm not sure you can play BF4 with the price you listed but I would go with the i3 Intel chip and a cheap motherboard so you can get an i7 someday when they are cheap. Do you currently have any RAM or a solid PSU?

That should work then. Gives me more to go on with the price you gave. Makes more sense to me now. :) So you are looking for a CPU and motherboard for $150-160 USD that uses DDR3. Got it. Are you ordering from the USA and having it shipped, or is pricing there similar?

I would try to buy a cheap (small) mATX motherboard and use a Core i5 if you can. I have quite a few computers, including two Ivy Bridge Core i5's and they handle anything I throw at them pretty much. But faster cores = more frames with any video card I use so AMD really is subpar to Intel I have found. I'm not really a fanboy of either, just something I have noticed from experience. Intel really does provide a better gaming experience, sadly.
